Handler for `POST /api/v1/tasks`.
POST/api/v1/tasks
Submits a new task to the specified agent via the TaskRouter. A stored agent that runs no code is run by the agent executor on the message the input carries, outside any conversation. Returns 202 Accepted with the generated task_id on success.
