`GET /api/v1/audit/journal/:run_id`, the full journal for a run.

/api/v1/audit/journal/:run_id

Returns the hash-chained journal entries, including llm_completion (the model's prompts/responses). 404 when the run has no entries, 503 when the journal is not configured.
