`POST /api/v1/audit/replay/:run_id`, check that the captured trace of a run is complete and consistent.
POST/api/v1/audit/replay/:run_id
Resolves the run id (full or unambiguous prefix), then steps through the
trace the journal captured, offline: each model response is read back and
each tool call it asked for is matched with the tool output captured next.
No model is called, no tool runs and the agent is not run again. Returns a
JSON body with a status discriminant: identical, diverged, or error.
Status codes: 200 for identical and diverged (the verdict is in the body),
404 for an unknown run, 400 for an ambiguous prefix, 422 for an incomplete
trace, 503 when the journal is not configured.
