`GET /api/v1/llm/recommendations?limit=...&n_ctx=...&fits_only=...`

/api/v1/llm/recommendations

The recommendation as the desktop shows it: the ranked list, or the unreachable Hub and the empty ranking kept apart from it as a status, each with the hardware and the editorial selection. Unlike GET /api/v1/llm/recommend, an unreachable Hub is a 200 carrying the selection, since the selection needs no network.
