Handler for `POST /api/v1/sessions/{id}/messages/{message_id}/continue`.
POST/api/v1/sessions/:id/messages/:message_id/continue
message_id is the last answer of the session. Its turn runs again with
the answer as the prefill, and the answer that lands replaces it under the
same id.
