`GET /api/v1/mcp/resources`, List MCP resources aggregated across servers.

GET 
/api/v1/mcp/resources

Returns the same data as the agent-facing mcp_resources_list tool: one entry per resource exposed by a connected MCP server, tagged with its owning server. Feeds the desktop @-mention picker.

Returns an empty array (not an error) when no MCP configuration is active, so the picker degrades to "no resources" rather than a failure state.
