Handler for `GET /api/v1/tasks/{id}/stream`.

/api/v1/tasks/:id/stream

Subscribes to the runtime EventBus and streams task-specific events via SSE. Returns 404 if the task does not exist in the TaskRouter. The stream closes after a terminal event (completed/failed/canceled). Client disconnection drops the subscriber automatically (no leak).
