`GET /api/v1/mailbox/stream`, observe all mailbox traffic as SSE.

/api/v1/mailbox/stream

Streams every mailbox event (sent, delivered, acked, dropped, guard) so the host can watch inter-agent messaging live. The stream stays open until the client disconnects.
