`GET /api/v1/stt/models`, list available model files.

/api/v1/stt/models

Scans ~/.apollia/models/ for the extensions in MODEL_EXTENSIONS and returns their name, path, and size, the list the desktop shows in both modes. Returns an empty list if the directory does not exist.
