`GET /api/v1/agents/:name/messages`, list messages for an agent.
GET/api/v1/agents/:name/messages
Returns messages from the in-memory mailbox, sorted by sent_at descending.
Returns an empty array when the agent has no messages.
Returns 503 when the mailbox is not available.
