ctx.notify

Service type: NotifyInterface (from apollia.context.notify).

The bridge never attaches this service. ctx.notify is None on every binary this project ships, so any attribute access on it raises AttributeError; no builder that could fill it (with_notify) has a caller outside tests. scripts/check_optional_builders.py holds that measurement.

Args: message: Body of the notification. severity: One of info, warning or error. title: Short headline, or None to let the channel derive one. channel: Channel to publish on, or None for the configured default.
