The history of the batches

Every batch, most recent first, whatever the agent.

What it is for

A batch is one task handed to an agent for a series of items: the rows of an Excel or CSV file, the files of a folder, or the messages of a mailbox. This screen, reached with Batch history at the top of the Agents screen, keeps every batch that was run, with its agent, its source, its outcome and how many of its items were processed.

What you can do

  • Search a batch by its file or its agent, and filter the list by agent or by outcome.
  • Open a batch to read it again: its view shows what you asked, the files it produced and its results.
  • Export what a batch produced.
  • Run the failures of a batch again.
